The amount of equity points that the team member will earn depends on the point value of the task completed and boosted any active equity incentives (e.g., multiplier and early logging bonus), if any.
In a dynamic equity system, team members with higher equity points will have a larger share of the allocated equity in the pool once a final distribution is made.
